their requirements and align procurement activities with
organisational goals.
5. Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated
on industry trends, supplier capabilities and pricing
fluctuations.
6. Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing
performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering
long-term partnerships.
7. Monitoring inventory levels, analysing demand
patterns and implementing inventory management
strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or
excesses.
