Purchasing Officer

Handle on all sourcing & purchasing task.

Manages incoming internal purchasing requests, generating external purchasing requests, and tracking delivery of goods and services.

Purchases and negotiates materials, equipment, and supplies from suppliers.

Materials delivery schedule follow up by weekly & ensure supplier timely delivery.

Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD from time to time.
