Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Production Quality Control

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC and food safety standards.

• Verify that production procedures follow approved SOPs and work instructions.

• Monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) in the HACCP plan.

2. Raw Material and Finished Product Control

• Supervise incoming raw materials.

• Review supplier documents such as COA (Certificate of Analysis).

• Ensure finished products meet quality and food safety requirements before release.

3. Food Safety and Quality System Management

• Maintain and update quality and food safety documentation, including:

• HACCP, GMP, BRC plans and procedure.

• SOPs and work instructions

• Production and quality records

• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and traceable.

4. Internal Audits and Certifications

• Conduct internal audits according to food safety standards.

• Support and coordinate external audits including:

• BRC Global Standard for Food Safety

• HACCP

• GMP

• Halal certification

• Prepare documentation and corrective actions related to audit findings.

5. Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions

• Investigate quality issues, product deviations, and customer complaints.

• Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

6. Training and Food Safety Awareness

• Provide GMP and food safety training for production staff.

• Promote hygiene and quality awareness across the factory.

7. Export Compliance

• Ensure products comply with export food safety and quality standards.

• Support preparation of export documentation such as COA and quality reports.



Job Requirements

1. Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Food Science

• Food Technology

• Quality Management

• Microbiology or related fields

2. Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC in a food manufacturing environment.

• Experience with HACCP, GMP,BRC or HSSC and food safety management systems.

3. Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

• Familiar with basic quality testing such as:

• Brix (sugar content)

• Moisture

• Basic microbiological parameters.

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.

4. BRC Knowledge (Preferred)

• Familiarity with BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.

• Experience in preparing or participating in BRC audits is an advantage.

5. Other Skills

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).

Experience with international food safety standards such as BRC, FSSC 22000, or ISO 22000 will be an added advantage.出于沟通原因,会讲普通话优先。
