QA Shift Supervisor (Based in Prai)

Working Conditions
-Work in 3 shift rotating schedule

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
-Assist the QA Manager in overseeing QA gates to ensure only quality products are delivered to customers.
-Ensure a steady flow of materials necessary for operating the manufacturing line.
-Support the implementation of the factory’s Quality System.
-Arrange manpower to plan and conduct testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
-Analyze the weekly expediting report and prepare a critical list for distribution to all quality engineers and managers.
-Maintain and organize all quality records for future reference.
-Liaise closely with the production team regarding product quality issues.
-Ensure inspection and test methods are properly executed and effective in detecting defective products.
-Assist in analyzing QA-related problems.

Education & Experience
-Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related disciplines.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar capacity.
-Experience in a fiber optic transceiver manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
-Special knowledge: ISO standards, QA principles, and QC inspection.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
-Strong data analytical skills with a hands-on working attitude.
-Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes in business needs.
-Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation schedule.
