QAQC Engineer CSA

Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and QA/QC procedures for CSA works.
Inspect civil, structural, and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Conduct inspections for earthworks, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel, masonry, waterproofing, flooring, painting, ceilings, and finishing works.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) to clients and consultants.
Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors.
Review material submittals, material certificates, test reports, and inspection records.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved construction methods and quality standards.
Identify and report Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain QA/QC records, inspection checklists, test reports, material traceability, and turnover documentation.
Witness site testing activities, including concrete slump tests, cube tests, field density tests, waterproofing tests, and other relevant inspections.
Participate in internal quality audits and client quality inspections.
Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, HSE, and Project teams to resolve quality issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
Support project completion, punch list clearance, final inspections, and project handover documentation.
