QAQC / Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities (QAQC):

Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance and quality control; preparation of the Project Quality Plan, inspection and test plans, inspection checklist and related procedures. Implementation of Quality Management and Control programme for the project.

Performs all necessary daily inspections and tests (on-site or off-site) to ensure quality and workmanship meet contract drawings and specifications across Civil, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.

Develops project-specific Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, and Checklists based on technical specifications of the project and multidisciplinary requirements

Oversee and maintain the full suite of QA/QC documentation, including permanent materials delivered , material certificates, calibration records, test results, Requests for Inspection (RFI), and other QA/QC documents.

Identify quality or contractual issues timely; issue and manage the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Site Instructions (SI) and observations

Reports to the QA/QC Manager; controls and monitors all activities related to Quality Management System (QMS)

Act as the primary point of contact for consultant representatives and site-in-charge personnel regarding quality inspections, meetings, quality problems and technical problem-solving
