Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist QAQC Engineer in preparing acceptance test reports for client’s approval.

Perform testing activities such as pressure test, hydrostatic leak test, helium leak, oxygen test, moisture test and particle test.

Assist QAQC Engineer in troubleshooting any issues during testing in factory, and clients.

Assist QAQC Engineer in maintaining all QA test equipment and fittings in good working condition and follow 6S.

Able to interpret all mechanical and P&ID drawings.

Ability to use measuring tools such as callipers, micrometres, gauges etc.

Perform inspection at incoming, in-process, final QA and outgoing.

Inspect raw materials, components, and subcontracted parts against specifications, drawings, and purchase requirements.

Verify supplier certificates, and compliance documents (e.g., mill certificates, COC, RoHS, REACH).

Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks during production.

Conduct final product verification before shipment.

Verify packaging, labelling, and documentation meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Record inspection results in checklists, logsheets, or system.



REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess minimum of trade certificate or diploma in TVET Madani, Madani, GIATMARA Malaysia, CIDB PLBK in Bekalan Air and Pembentungan, or any certificate/ diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering.

Knowledge in 7 QC tools and SPC.

Knowledge in CMM programming and operation will be an added advantage.

At least 1 year of working experience in high-purity gases/ chemical/ slurry supply systems are preferred. However, high-flyer fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin will be an added advantage.)

Excellent presentation, communication and reporting skills.

Computer literate in Microsoft Words and Excel.

A team player and able to work with all levels to resolve issues promptly.

Have an eye for detail and meticulously in carrying out duties assigned.
