Job Description
执行员级别（Executive Level）：
至少1–2年制造业QA/QC相关工作经验
助理经理级别（Assistant Manager Level）：
至少5年以上制造或生产环境中的QA/QC工作经验，并具备ISO 9001体系管理经验
熟悉ISO 9001及其他质量管理体系者优先考虑
具备良好的分析能力、沟通能力及问题解决能力
细心严谨，能够独立工作，同时具备团队合作精神
推行、维护并持续改进 ISO 9001 质量管理体系（QMS）
进行内部质量审核，并跟进纠正及预防措施（CAPA）
编制及维护质量文件、标准作业程序（SOP）及相关记录
监督生产过程，确保符合质量标准要求
调查质量问题，并针对在制品（WIP）及成品（FG）提出改善建议
与各部门协调处理质量控制相关事项
协助管理层推动持续改进活动
对来料、零部件及产品进行外观、尺寸及缺陷检验
