QC Inspector

Role Summary

Responsibilities:-
• Perform QC inspection on product in accordance with engineering drawing according to specification and customer requirements.
• Pack finished product in accordance with standard packaging procedures.
• To ensure all quality requirements are complied.
• Prepare QC related documents.
• Documents and maintain accurate records of inspection results.
• To report any findings during inspection to the superior for further action.
• Identify non-conforming parts and arrange rework with production.
• Support to Engineer on quality failure investigation with provide accurate and precise measurement analysis data.
• Upkeep of measuring equipment and ensure equipment are calibrated as per schedule.
• Perform good housekeeping & 5S practice at work area in plant and workplace.
• Any other task assigned by superior.
