QC Inspector (Multi-Skilled & Flexible)

We are looking for a highly adaptable and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our Quality Team. Unlike traditional fixed-position roles, this position requires an individual who can master multiple inspection stages. You must be ready and willing to rotate or support different QC stations (Incoming, In-Process, Outgoing, or PSI) based on urgent production demands and department priorities.

Full-Process Inspection Support: Execute quality inspections across various stages as assigned by the Quality Manager:
Independent Decision Making: Strictly follow company SOPs and AQL sampling plans to make Accept/Reject decisions for all inspected items.
Non-Conformance Reporting: Immediately quarantine any defective parts and report quality deviations to the supervisor for corrective action.
Documentation: Accurately record inspection data and maintain organized quality reports for traceability.
Workplace Discipline: Maintain 6S standards.
