QC Inspector

Job Responsibilities :
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials (e.g.Dial thickness gauge, measuring tape) Inspect incoming raw materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications
-Conduct in-process and final product inspections on the production floor
-Maintain accurate and complete quality records, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports, Batch manufacturing record(BMR)
-Check pH,TDS, EC water used for manufacturing daily by using tester
-Preparing sample for the lab test
-Record temperature and humidity for each room in production
-Preparing sample for the lab test
- Record temperature and humidity for each room in production
-Identify and report defects or deviations from product specifications
-Collaborate with manufacturing, QA teams to resolve quality issues
-Ensure cleanliness and control of inspection areas in accordance with GMP
-Ensuring teamwork and good rapport with colleagues and cooperate with other section of department to ensure the work is performed with quality and efficiently
-Obey and follow all instruction, regulation & policy given by the company at all time
-Perform any others duties assigned by superior
-Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the Management / superior from time to time


Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma or relevant qualification
-Preferably the least 2 year(s) of working experience in QC inspection or the related field
-Preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
-Knowledge and understanding of quality standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 9001, 13485, GMP)
-Basic knowledge of sampling plans (e.g., ANSI/ASQ Z1.4)
-Candidate with experiences in QC inspection, would be prioritised
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office application (particularly Excel, Word and Power Point)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Skilled in using measurement tools and performing detailed inspections
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Detailed, organized and good time management
-Fast learner, pro-active, self-driven and self-motivated
-Able to work independently under minimal supervision
