Quality and Aftersales Engineer

Business Nature: Manufacturing

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Working Location: Senawang, Negeri Sembilan



Job Responsibilities:

Mainly handle for customer complain or aftersales complain.

Manage QAQC-related issues, ensure SOP/ISO compliance, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide quality-related information to customers, including product details, returns, replacements, specifications, QMS, and audit information.

Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations.

Respond promptly to customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.

Provide support during customer audits to ensure smooth processes and maintain strong relationships.

Perform thorough analysis and validation of customer-returned parts to improve product quality.



Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a quality-related role.

Candidates with relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment will have an added advantage.

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 is an added advantage.
