Quality Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate inspection, testing, and quality activities based on project scope and client requirements

Serve as the main liaison with clients for test planning, scheduling, witnessing, and technical clarifications

Review, manage, and control quality and testing documentation including ITPs, test procedures, inspection checklists, and test reports

Coordinate with internal engineering, production teams, and third‑party inspection bodies to ensure test readiness

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements throughout project execution

Track testing progress, inspection status, and report overall quality/test readiness to stakeholders

Support non‑conformance management, corrective actions, and follow‑up closure

Participate in client inspections, audits, and project review meetings as required

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering discipline

Experience in QA/QC, inspection, or testing coordination within Manufacturing or Metal Fabrication environments

Industry background in Automotive, Piping or Sheet Metal industries would be added advantage

Familiar with inspection and testing requirements, quality documentation, and international standards

Strong coordination, communication, and client‑handling skills
