Quality Engineer

Design and establish quality control standards and procedures to ensure that products meet the required specifications and customer expectations.

Perform regular inspections of products at various stages of production to detect any defects or areas for improvement.

Prepare a detailed & comprehensive FAIR report for the customer.

Work closely with engineering, production, and design teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Prepare reports on quality performance, including non-conformances, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues using root cause analysis techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.

Perform audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure that they meet the company’s quality standards.

Able to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure products meet design specifications.

To follow any others instruction or work responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.
