Quality Technician

1.1 General

- In charge of CMM operating in term of maintainance, calibration and measurement.

- To perform GR&R measurement report if customer required.

- To train new inspector in term of measurement of height gauge, caliper ,CMM , VMM, micrometer and etc

- To assist QC Engineer in checking FA parts to ensure that it meets with customer’s requirement.

- To assist QC Engineer in maintaining the final quality, other measuring and monitoring of equipment

- To assist QC Engineer in inspecting and testing the goods/parts to ensure that they are met with customer requirement.

- To assist QC Engineer in issuing the Inspection Report for every job inspected whenever necessary.

- To assist QC Engineer in analysizing the measurement method if there is any customer complaint.

- To ensure all fillings and procedures complies with the flow registered in ISO 9001 certification.

- To assist QC Engineer in ensuring proper arrangement and allocation of specific areas for inspection, passed, rejected and on hold items. And to ensure that the designated areas/container are labeled accordingly.

- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

- To comply Company 5S Implementation.

- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.

Calibration

- To assist QC Engineer in implementing the calibrating system in the company

-To ensure all the equipments calibartion are up to date.

1.2 Liaison with other Departments

- To coordinate with the other department on documentation.

1.3 Work Environment

- To ensure the work place is clean and tidy at all times and to adhere to all the Company’s rules and regulations.
