QUANTITY SURVERYOR / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVERYOR

-Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates, and finalizing accounts documentation.
-Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities, and site measurements of completed work.
-Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
-Prepare, call, and evaluate tenders, as well as value variation orders.
-Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
-Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.

Requirement:
-Bachelor degree in quantity surveying or related fields.
-3 - 5 years of experience in construction site.
-Data Centre experience is a plus.
-Taking-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation and final account skill.
