QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Prepare quantity take-offs and measurement of works.
Assist in the tendering process,
Prepare contract documents and assist with contract administration.
Prepare interim payment certificates and recommendations for payment.
Attend site visits, site measurements, project meetings, and client meetings as required.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other consultants to obtain information relevant to project cost management.
