Quantity Surveyor (Estimator)

Key Responsibilities
-Perform accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for all structural and architectural elements
-Prepare, maintain, and update records, measurement sheets, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
-Ensure measurement data accuracy and consistency in line with project and company standards
-Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners, with a strong focus on Japan market projects
-Support project teams by providing timely measurement and cost-related inputs

Requirements:
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines
-Proficient in Chinese & English; Japanese language skills are a strong advantage
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a consultancy firm, with strong involvement in measurement works for interior design (ID) and/or building projects
-Proficient in QS measurement tools and software
