Quantity Surveyor Executive

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
3–5 years’ experience in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD (advantageous)
Good teamwork and time management
Responsibilities

Prepare BQ, quotations, and tender documentation
Evaluate and compare subcontractor/supplier pricing
Monitor progress claims and project costs
Attend site meetings and conduct measurements
