QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or equivalent. Advantage if well-known AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

At least 3 year and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Processing of project claims, perform quantity take-off, bill of quantity, preparing tender & cost analysis and contract document with the architect and/or the client.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and within tight schedules.

Have own transport and able to work as a team, fast learner and independent.

Can work long hours (if needed) and willing to travel if project is outstation.
