Quantity Surveyor (ID Industry)

Business Nature: Interior Design

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10:00AM - 6:00PM

Working Location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor



Job Responsibilities:

Prepare BQ, cost estimates, and tender documentation.

Source and analyse subcontractor & supplier quotations.

Assist in tender evaluation and budget control.

Prepare subcontractor agreements and variation orders.

Handle monthly progress claims to clients.

Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier claims.

Track project cost, profit & loss, and variations.

Prepare and finalize project final accounts.

Work closely with Design, Project, Procurement & Finance teams.



Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or related field.

Minimum 2 years' experience in interior fit-out, renovation or design & build projects.

Able to read and interpret architectural, interior and M&E drawings.

Experience in: (1) Progress claims, (2) Subcontractor payment certification, (3) Variations & cost tracking.

Good knowledge of interior works (partitions, carpentry, finishes, lighting, signage, etc.)

Proficient in Excel and cost tracking.

Responsible, organized, and commercially aware.
