Job Description

* Prepare quotations, cost estimates and tender documents.
* Check and evaluate subcontractors’ and suppliers’ quotations.
* Prepare progress claims, payment certificates and variation orders.
* Monitor project costs and quantities.
* Check subcontractors’ claims and measurements.
* Assist in preparing final accounts and project cost reports.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
