Quantity Surveyor ( QS)

Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process, track cost variations, and provide timely cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Participate in tender evaluations, analyze bids from contractors, and provide professional advice on cost-related matters to support decision-making.
Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors on pricing, payment terms, and cost adjustments to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Assist in the preparation and review of construction contracts, ensuring that cost-related clauses are clear, reasonable, and legally compliant.
