Quantity Surveyor

Job Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Exceptional candidates may be considered with a diploma.

Work Experience:
• At least 2 years or more of settlement management or related work experience in the field of construction engineering, with project work experience.

Skill Requirements:
• Proficient in using Glodon quantity surveying software for settlement work.
• Familiar with and knowledgeable about local calculation rules (SMM2), with priority given to those with relevant project experience.

Responsibilities and Abilities:
• Supervise and manage the settlement work of construction projects, including cost accounting in all aspects.
• Coordinate settlement matters with suppliers and contractors, ensuring accurate and timely payment and collection.
• Review and verify settlement documents to ensure compliance with contract agreements.
• Collaborate with the project team, provide analysis and recommendations, and support project decisions.

Language Requirements:
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
