Receptionist (1-Year Contract)

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a polished corporate presence, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner

Manage front desk operations including calls, walk-ins, and enquiries

Handle visitor registration and issue access passes

Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are well-prepared

Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing mails, and deliveries

Maintain cleanliness and professional image of the reception area

Provide general administrative support when required

Liaise with internal teams and handle high-profile corporate guests

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional look

Good command of English (spoken & written)

Able to handle high-profile guests confidently and professionally

Available to start immediately or within short notice (2 weeks)

Employment Details
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)

Salary: RM2,500 – RM2,800 + Attendance Allowance
