Receptionist

Location: Level 19, CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable)

Salary: Basic RM2,500–RM2,800 + Attendance Allowance



Job Scope:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage front desk operations, including calls, walk-ins, and enquiries

• Handle visitor registration and issue access passes

• Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are presentable

• Coordinate courier services, incoming/outgoing mails, and deliveries

• Maintain the cleanliness and image of the reception area

• Provide administrative support when needed

• Liaise with internal teams and high-profile corporate guests



Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist

• Well-groomed, attractive, and professional looks

• Good command of English

• Notice period: Immediate / 2 weeks

• Able to handle high-profile corporate guests confidently and professionally
