Job Description

-与部门主管沟通，明确岗位要求，并将其发布至当地主流招聘平台或者社交媒体上
-与候选人进行电话或线上首轮沟通，评估其薪资期望、离职原因、语言能力及对岗位的意向度
-统筹候选人与用人部门主管的面试时间，跟进面试反馈并向候选人同步进展。
-协助对拟录用人员进行简历/RESUME调查，参与薪资待遇沟通并发放 Offer，跟进入职（Onboarding）准备。
