Job Scope:

Handle recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT roles such as warehouse staff, drivers, promoters, riders, and general workers.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.

Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate follow-ups.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Support volume hiring and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

1+ year recruitment experience (blue-collar / non-IT hiring preferred).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
