Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Proactively search for potential candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases.

Job Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements, skills, and experience needed.

Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and handle pre-employment checks (references, background).

Onboarding Support: Facilitate the transition from candidate to employee by coordinating with HR for onboarding.

Employer Branding: Promote the company’s reputation to attract top talent.

Reporting: Track and report on hiring
