Executive Summary:

Recruitment Consultant is a crucial position for PERSOLKELLY as a service provider in HR solutions, especially our recruitment services. The position is required to provide top-tier recruitment consultancy to our clients, including but not limited to candidate search, employer branding, interview coordination, package negotiation etc.



Job Description:

Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.

Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.

Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities.

Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.

Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals, and social media.

Evaluate resumes and applications.

Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview).

Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice.

Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients.

Achieve individual KPIs & sales target.


Requirements / Qualification:

Possess 1-2 years of experience in the HR / Recruitment field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated and sales-driven (willing to work in sales bounded role).

Customer service and sales skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Confident and pleasant personality.
