Recruitment Consultant (WFH/ 5 Days)

We are looking for Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Perform end to end recruitment process including sourcing for resumes, phone interview, interview arrangements, offer negotiation and etc.
Identify new business opportunities and engage in the acquisition of new clients
Perform key account management to develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients
Perform job analysis and to understand client hiring requirements
Perform resume screening and phone interview to ensure quality of candidates for client consideration
Achieve the KPI target set by the Manager
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager


Requirements

Preferably 1-2 years experience in related field.
No experience with strong passion in recruitment is welcomed to apply. Training provided.
Must have strong interest in recruitment industry
Sales driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to speak well in English


Additional Information

Basic Salary + Commission
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
