What You'll Do:

Identify, attract, and engage top talent using creative sourcing strategies.

Manage the recruitment process from job postings to screening, interviews, and offer management.

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing guidance.

Proactively support business development and help grow our client portfolio.

Assist with pitching services, following up on leads, and maintaining a client pipeline.

Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.

Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and talent engagement initiatives.



What We're Looking For:

Fresh graduates or 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or client-facing roles.

Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Interest in business development and relationship-building.
