Recruitment Coordinator (English)

Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Month Contract)

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: Salary range RM 2,500 – RM 4,000 per month

Language Requirement (Mandatory): Good command of English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates

Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals (LinkedIn, AJobThing, Indeed, JobStreet, MyFutureJobs), referral programs, social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook), and campus recruitment initiatives

Conduct headhunting and direct sourcing to identify suitable candidates

Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers

Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience

Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers

Requirements:
Exposure to or experience in end-to-end recruitment/sourcing

0–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferred)

Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities

Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment strategies

Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good organizational and coordination abilities
