Recruitment Manager

What you'll do:
Leadership & Strategy:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve KPIs.

Analyze recruitment processes and workforce trends to develop effective solutions and improvement plans.

Prepare annual team plans including sales targets, pipelines, KPIs, headcount expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Provide insights and suggestions on improving business operations including branding, client relationship management, candidate experience, resource allocation, budgeting, and team growth.

Business Development & Client Management

Develop new business opportunities, secure repeated assignments and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Negotiate rates and service agreements with clients.

Continuously interact with business and hiring managers to understand resource needs.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Support the team in designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies.

Review candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, and ensure quality talent is matched to client needs.

Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining arrangements, including salary negotiations.



What We're Looking For:
5 years above of working experience within an agency, with minimum of 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruitment, and talent mapping.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is an advantage.

Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for building high-performing teams.
