Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and onsite technical support.

Work on customer issues, identify root cause, and provide solution or workaround.

Travel to customer site to support system installation, service, and the commissioning of the company's systems.

Troubleshoot sophisticated machinery with a combination of electronic and mechanical components.

Willing to work and travel extensively around Asia Pacific and Oceania region.



Requirements:

Degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

1 - 2 years of related experience.

Willing to travel extensively around Asia Pacific and Oceania region.

Excellent communication skills.
