Language Requirements
English proficiency B2 level or above
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese

Experience
Fresh graduates are welcome
Interpreter or translator experience is an advantage

Job Responsibilities
Provide accurate interpretation between English and Mandarin/Cantonese
Maintain tone, meaning, and context during interpretation
Follow instructions from clients during calls
Ensure professionalism and clear pronunciation
Manage the flow of conversations appropriately
Handle sensitive or challenging calls professionally
Be punctual and available during scheduled working hours
Ensure stable internet access for work communication
