Key Responsibilities
1. Operations
• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth opening, closing, and service flow
• Ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house
• Monitor food quality, and assist with inventory, and stock ordering
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and follow company SOP
2. Team Management
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
• Handle staff scheduling, performance, and workplace issues
• Drive outlet sales targets and profitability
3. Customer Experience
• Maintain high service standards and resolve customer feedback, complaints professionally
• Enhance overall dining experience and customer satisfaction
• Train service crew to explain menu items, promotions, membership benefits, and ordering process clearly.
4. Financial Control
• Monitor sales performance
• Oversee POS, cash handling, and reporting accuracy
5. Marketing & Compliance
• Support promotions and marketing initiatives
• Support outlet sales targets by improving, customer satisfaction, and upselling.
• Monitor daily sales performance and report any issues to the Outlet Manager or Operations Team.

职位要求 Job Requirement

持有餐饮管理或相关领域的 证书 / 文凭 / 学位。

至少 3–5 年餐饮行业经验，具餐厅管理经验者优先。

具备良好的沟通能力、人际关系技巧及团队领导能力。

具备良好的服务意识，对顾客体验有高度重视。

具备基本电脑操作能力。

能在快节奏及高压力的工作环境中保持良好表现。

积极主动、责任心强，并具备解决问题的能力。

可配合餐厅营业时间工作（包括周末及公共假期）。

愿意出差并拥有个人交通工具者优先考虑。
