Restaurant Front-of-House Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction
- Manage, train and schedule service staff; maintain service standards and workplace discipline
- Greet guests, handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor dining area cleanliness, table arrangement and service flow
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery
- Assist with inventory, supplies and daily reporting tasks
- Uphold restaurant hygiene, safety and brand standards

Requirements:
- Age: 25–45
- Malaysian & Chinese candidates welcome; fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year experience in front-of-house / restaurant supervision
- Service-minded, responsible, good leadership and communication skills

Working Hours:
- 8 hours per day, 11:00 – 21:00
- Includes 1 hour meal break + 1 hour rest break

Salary & Benefits:
- RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 monthly (based on experience, discussed in interview)
