Restaurant Service Crew / Service Supervisor

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Assist in cashiering and handling customer payments.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and ready for the next guests
- Handle customer inquiries and provide a positive dining experience
- Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with opening and closing duties

Additional responsibilities for Service Supervisor:
- To work under pressure and supervise junior staff during peak hours to deliver quick service and food delivery to customer
- Able to minimize customer’s waiting time by managing reservations, guest seating, and floor planning efficiently during peak periods.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Assist in staff training and onboarding
