Restaurant Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
- Plan and manage staff duty rosters and shift schedules
- Train, coach and evaluate service crew to ensure service excellence
- Ensure SOPs, cleanliness and service standards are consistently followed
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor restaurant opening, closing and daily operations
- Monitor inventory & place orders
- Report operational issues and daily performance to Management
