* Lead and Motivate Service Team
* Ensure Efficient Front-of-House (FOH) Operations
* Maintain Service Quality Standards
* Assist With Scheduling and Inventory Management
* Monitor food quality, presentation, and customer service
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Monitor staff attendance, work schedules, and manpower arrangements
* Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards
* Monitor restaurant performance and assist in achieving sales targets
