Restaurant Supervisor - Johor

Requirements
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant restaurant management or restaurant supervisory role
-Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
-Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
-Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
-Thorough understanding of food safety and health regulations in the hospitality industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
-Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
-Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
-Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Restaurant Manager
-Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to the highest quality
-Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to create a positive and productive work environment
-Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive increased revenue
-Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
