retail assistant

[Job Responsibilities]
1. Answer customers' inquiries, understand their needs and achieve sales;
2. Be responsible for maintaining sales records, conducting inventories, and verifying accounts;
3. Complete daily sales-related tasks such as incoming goods inspection, display placement, restocking, returns, and after-sales services;
4. Ensure the cleanliness of the designated area;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
【Job Requirements】
1. College degree or above, cheerful and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills; possess a sense of service;
2. Prior experience in the fields of trendy toys, new retail, fast-moving consumer goods, or toys is preferred;
3. Proficient in BahasaMelayu and English.
