Retail Assistant

Requirements

. Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
. Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to start a career in retail.
. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience.
. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
. Exhibit strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English to effectively interact
. Working hours: 6 days/week and required to work on Saturday, Sunday and holiday.
. Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications.
. Malaysian only & Possess own transport

Responsibilities

. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and offering product
recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
. Being responsible for processing cash/eWallet payments, balancing cash registers with receipts
. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by arranging displays, replenishing
stock, and ensuring product freshness
. Display bakery items and products on shelves and counters to attract customers
. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals, including assisting with stocktaking,
inventory management, and daily store operations.
. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations to
the supervisor when necessary
. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and cash
handling protocols
