Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification
-Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
-Basic understanding of English & Bahasa Malaysia
-Target-driven, motivated, and responsible
-Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
-Achieve sales targets set by the company
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products
-Provide prompt support via live chat and phone
-Maintain and update customer details on online platforms
-Inform customers about promotions and special deals
-Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve overall service
