Retail Assistant

Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours
• Rotational shifts: 9:30am - 6:30pm / 1:00pm - 10:00pm
• Work 5 days per week [Off days on weekdays]
Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Promote products and actively support sales activities
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
• Assist with stock arrangement and ensure the sales area is clean and well-maintained
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
