Retail Assistant

We are looking for friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Retail Associate to join our Durian Retail team. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a pleasant and memorable experience while maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the outlet.



Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, assist in product selection, and provide information on durian varieties, promotions, and product sampling to customers.

Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.

Handle sales transactions accurately, operate the POS system, and ensure proper cash handling.

Assist in unpacking, arranging, and displaying durians and other products to maintain freshness and attractiveness.

Work closely with the supervisor and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.

Listen and report customer feedback or complaints to the manager for improvement.

Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.



Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or customer service (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Friendly, polite, and passionate about customer service.

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Added advantage for mandarin speaker.

Willing to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays. Rest Day: Once a week during weekdays.

Those having higher experience shall be consider for more senior position.

Interest in durian or F&B industry is a plus!
