Job Description
负责达到门市所设定的业绩目标和建立顾客的良好关系。
主要职业任务:
以下是主要的工作责任。新的任务和项目将会在需要时加入在工作职责里。
1. 严格执行并遵守公司和分店的规章制度。
2. 提供顾客最佳的门市服务如礼貌，情切，微笑接待等。
3. 与顾客建立良好的人际关系
4. 有能力根据公司设定的销售目标，达到个人业绩。
5. 掌握服装产品的认知，会做适当的搭配。
6. 推销公司所指定的产品。
7. 能够操作门市的标准工作程序如货物转接，检查货物，点货，排货等。
8. 和团队建立好合作关系，保持工作环境的整洁。
9. 所有在职责里清楚注明或未注明，上司要求完成的工作。
职业条件
• 性别 ：女性，华人。
• 年龄：16-35岁
• 语文 : 中文，马来文(会写讲听)
• 特别工作技能 :基本电脑知识Microsoft office。
• 特别行为要求 : 良好的纪律，愿意学习和超时工作。自备交通工具。
• 学历 : 最少PMR.
• 经验 ：有无经验皆可。
