Job Summary

We are looking for a Convenience Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a convenience store. You will be responsible for sales, staff, stock, cash handling, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, display)

Handle customer service and complaints

Monitor stock, ordering, and inventory control

Achieve sales targets and improve performance

Handle cash, POS, and daily closing

Manage staff schedule and supervise team

Ensure store safety and compliance

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent

Basic retail or customer service experience is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Responsible and able to work independently or in a team

Basic communication skills in English / Malay (Chinese is a plus)

Work Location: In person

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
