Retail Expert-KLCC

Job Descriptions:
-Proactive in approaching customers to identify customer needs
-Perform sell/cross-sell/upsell of the relevant products and solutions
-Meet all KPI set and deliver end-to-end customer experience
-Handle all enquiries, customer complaints, disputes accurately and efficiently, in a professional and friendly manner, aligned with company's processes and guidelines
-Responsible for all customers' information, monetary transactions and company assets to be properly handled and accounted
-Ensure proper reconciliation of sales and cash at end of the day daily
-Participate in training and activities provided

Job Requirements:
-SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field
-Minimum 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
-Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Possess excellent interpersonal skills & results oriented
-Well groomed - neat & tidy, professional & pleasant disposition
-Must be willing to relocate at any assigned Retail Centre whenever required
-Able to work on shifts and during public holidays
